Mark Kesslen (E86), Chair, Intellectual Property section of Tech Group at Lowenstein Sandler Mark is heavily involved in IP issues relating to software, digital and social media, big data, and fintech. He continues to manage and assess a wide range of process, software and business method patents, and provides strategic advice on issues ranging from litigation assessment to patent scope, open source, trademarks, privacy and ownership risks.

Elizabeth Barnhard (E08P), Of Counsel, Leason Ellis Elizabeth is a senior patent attorney specializing in pharmaceutical and biotechnology matters. During her fifteen-year career at Wyeth/Pfizer, she led multi-disciplinary patent teams servicing several therapeutic and research areas. She is intimately familiar with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office policies and procedures and their impacts on clients
